Purpose

This page explains how users can request deletion of their personal data from our systems in alignment with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local data protection laws).

Scope of Deletion

  • Profile/account fields (name, email, phone, company).
  • Application usage data tied uniquely to your account.
  • Closed support tickets (anonymized or purged unless required by law).
  • Billing records retained only as legally required (invoices may be minimally redacted).
  • Security logs rotated and minimized — some retained to prevent fraud or abuse.

What Cannot Be Immediately Deleted

Certain records must be kept for legal, security, or financial compliance (e.g., tax invoices, audit trails). These are isolated and not used for product analytics or marketing.

How to Request Deletion

  • Send an email to privacy@raqeemim.com from the registered address with subject: Data Deletion Request.
  • Include: full name, account email, and (optional) reason.
  • You will receive a confirmation ticket ID within 5 business days.
  • Deletion (or anonymization) is typically completed within 30 days unless extensions are justified.

Identity Verification

To protect accounts, we may request additional verification (reply from same email, code challenge, invoice reference). Unverified requests are not processed.

Effects of Deletion

  • Deletion is irreversible — access to dashboards, APIs, and linked assets is lost.
  • Collaborative content may be reassigned to a system placeholder user.
  • Backups: data remnants may persist in encrypted backups until normal rotation (≤ 90 days).
  • Third‑party integrations you enabled may need manual revocation.

Checking Request Status

You can reply to the original ticket email quoting the ticket ID to receive a progress update.
